"Harvest Right, Ripen Bright – Perfect Fruits in Every Hand"
Our Startup aims to revolutionize fruit quality inspection, offering a reliable, efficient, and user- friendly solution to ensure optimal harvest timing and improve marketability.
TouchRIPE is UAE’s first ripeness assessment device, conceived, developed, and patented at Khalifa University (KU). It is the world’s first wearable system that mimics human palpation to provide rapid, non-destructive, on-tree fruit firmness estimation within seconds. TouchRIPE enables consistent harvest and quality decisions, reduces post-harvest waste, extends shelf life, and supports the UAE Food Security Strategy 2051 .
